A Pleasant Stay Near the Park

The staff was really friendly (always a plus in my book). My room was quite spacious. It had a bath and a separate shower. I appreciated the location, a walkable distance through a park to the town center. It took about 20 minutes to get there.
The TV in my room did not work properly, a minor inconvenience. I had to call reception to get assistance.

i found the staff friendly and helpful. my room was large and contained both a bath and a shower. the building itself looked fine and featured deep pile carpets in reception.
The decor and furniture looked quite tired. Some items seemed dangerously worn. i noticed the chair in my room was very rickety. the overall atmosphere in communal areas felt unwelcoming and dated.

There was ample parking available. The staff were AMAZING. They were very helpful and friendly. I met regular guests, and they were quite amicable.
The toilet roll was half used and left on the side. There wasn't shower gel available, so I had to ask at reception. The tv did NOT work properly.

The building is quite fine with deep pile carpets in the reception area. The staff were very friendly and helpful . I found ample parking space too (a great plus!). My room was large and had both a bath and shower, which I really liked.
The carpet throughout had some stains. I believe this is an area that needs attention.
